We'll deliver the van, get everything set up, show you how it works, and then it's over to you. Simply organise your own kegs and enjoy serving your guests.
WHAT'S INCLUDED

Up to two beverage dispensing taps with your choice of beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails and non-alcoholic.
Can hold up to 20, 30, 50L kegs.

Training for how to use the keg system
Full day hire (8hours) from $800 (excludes delivery fee)
Half day hire (4 hours) from $500 (excludes delivery fee)

We deliver throughout the Manawatū-Whanganui region.
Need us to travel further? No problem.
Delivery outside the region can be arranged and will incur additional travel costs. Delivery pricing will be confirmed when we provide your quote.

GET IN TOUCH
Fill out the form or email us directly and tell us about your event. If we have availability, we will provide a detailed quote, including any extra's you may need and create a plan of action for the day!

ORDER DRINKS
Purchase your own kegs from your preferred supplier. We'll make sure they're compatible with our tap system before your event.
Chill and settle the kegs at least 24 hours before the event.

PARTY TIME
We'll deliver the van, get you set up and show you to how to use the keg system so you can pour your own - that's the fun part!

What events do you cater to?
We cater to a wide range of events including weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, and pop-ups. If you’ve got a celebration in mind, we’re here to help make it unforgettable!
What’s included in the Base Van Hire option?
The Base Van Hire includes full use of our mobile bar, delivery, setup, tap system, and pack-down. You’ll be responsible for providing your own drinks, but we handle all the logistics for you.
Do you provide the drinks or do I need to bring my own?
We don't sell alcohol but we have a list of suppliers who you can buy from directly.
How many kegs can the van hold?
Our van is fully equipped to hold 20, 30, or 50L kegs. There are two taps to pour from.
Do I need to provide power for the bar?
Nope! Our mobile bar is fully self-contained and doesn’t require any external power source. We provide everything needed for the kegs, cooling system, and service.
What areas do you service?
We mainly operate in the Manawatu-Whanganui region, but we’re happy to travel further for the right event! There will be an additional fee for delivery.
How long can I hire the van for?
You can hire our mobile bar for half a day (up to 4 hours) or a full day (up to 8 hours). Need extra time? No problem! Additional hours are available for just $100/hr.
What happens after the event?
Once the event’s over, we’ll pack down and collect the van. You will need to return your own kegs. We don't offer any post-event cleaning services.
Do you provide staff for events?
Not typically, however please contact us if you would like staff and we will check our availability.
How do I book?
Booking is simple! Just contact us with your event details. Once you’ve confirmed, we’ll send over the details and get everything set for your celebration.
Do we need a liquor license?
If you are in a public space or licensed premises you will need to check with your local council. If you’re a private event on private property you do not need a liquor license unless you are selling alcohol to your guests.
